As the founder of The Pearl Clinic, it's my mission to provide the community with excellent primary and sub-specialty health care in a personalized fashion.  I strive to create an environment where you, as a patient, will feel valued, respected and appreciated.

Rhonda H. Davis, APRN, CNP, is an Adult/Gerontology Nurse Practitioner who joined the Pearl Clinic in 2014 with over 30 years of clinical experience.

Jillian Mudry is a Family Nurse Practitioner who joined the Pearl Clinic in 2022. Jillian received her diploma in nursing from Margaret H. Rollins School of Nursing.

Joining The Pearl Clinic in 2025, Julia, brings with her multiple bachelor degrees in Biology and Nursing, and a Masters of Science in Nursing from Wilmington University.
