WELLNESS MATTERS

At Pearl Clinic part of our role as your healthcare providers is to help you achieve optimal wellness. As individuals, our physical and emotional health directly affect our well-being. Achieving optimal wellness decreases stress, improves emotional health and reduces the risk of illness.

Increasing movement of the body throughout the day has many positive effects on wellness. Movement improves bone health, improves quality of sleep, increases joint function, and improves mental health, this is only to name a few of the positive benefits of increasing daily movement.

Starting Monday, March 7, 2022, the Pearl Clinic staff begins our first FITNESS CHALLENGE, which is a 30 DAY SQUAT CHALLENGE with the goal of increasing daily movement and positively influencing our overall wellness.
