Since each person has different requirements based on age, weight,overall health and activity level a good estimation is 64 ounces of water daily.
TIPS
-Purchase a 32 oz water bottle, carry with you and drink throughout the day. Two full bottles equals 64 oz
-Add some flavor to your water bottle
FLAVOR INFUSED WATER RECIPE
Instructions
1. Rinse and slice ingredients
2. Combine all ingredients in 1/2 gallon pitcher
3. Chill 4-6 hours and serve over ice

½ gallon water
1 grapefruit or one lemon sliced
1 tangerine or orange sliced
1 large cucumber sliced
10-20 peppermint leaves
